Dietitian – Nutritionist
Empathy / Personalized Care
I’m Asimina Koutsoudaki, a Dietitian – Nutritionist and graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University in Thessaloniki, Greece.
My Goal Is to Help You:
- Redefine your relationship with food
- Achieve your goals without guilt or restrictive dieting
- Improve your overall health and quality of life
My mission is to support people who want to improve their relationship with food, enhance their health, and develop sustainable, healthy eating habits. The nutrition plans I create are flexible and tailored not only to each person’s lifestyle but also to their emotional state at the time.
As a member of the Lotus Medic team my goal is to help individuals dealing with emotional eating, guiding them to regulate their weight through a compassionate, guilt-free approach. I offer practical, smart nutrition tips that break away from outdated diet models—empowering clients to build a nourished, energized, and lighter version of themselves. I support people during their acupuncture programs for weight loss or people who want weight loss only with diet. I also support people with chronic diseases who need nutritional advice.
My approach
‘I believe empathy, non-judgment, and a step-by-step approach are the keys to building a healthy, long-lasting relationship with food.’.
