HARIKLIA PAPARI
Psychologist – Psychotherapist
My name is Charikleia Papari. I was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece. I am a licensed Psychologist and Psychotherapist, a graduate of the Department of Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.TH.).
My professional path is deeply rooted in a holistic approach to mental health, focusing on the mind-body connection. Through my collaboration with Lotus Medic, I support individuals dealing with psychosomatic challenges such as emotional eating, panic attacks, depression, smoking addiction and chronic stress, which often manifest physically as autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and irritable bowel syndrome.
I am trained in Systemic Family Psychotherapy, with specialization in Systemic Psychodrama and Couples Therapy. I also hold training in psychoeducation for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and communication difficulties.
My Approach to Psychotherapy
“Through psychotherapy, I gain time in my life — it helps me reach what I truly desire, faster and with more clarity, so I can fully enjoy it.”
Psychotherapy in Nature
Sessions can take place in natural settings, such as parks or peaceful outdoor spaces in the countryside.
Connecting with nature enhances relaxation, focus, and a sense of freedom, creating ideal conditions for the therapeutic process.
Both individual and group sessions are available, aiming to deepen self-awareness and revitalize the psyche through the healing power of nature.

Integrating Psychology with Music
With a background in music, I’ve used creative expression as a therapeutic tool. At the ELPIDA Autism Center, I implemented programs that foster communication skills through music.
