WELCOME TO LOTUS MEDIC<\/h2>[vc_column_text]My name is Jenny Petala. I am a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and of the Department of Physiotherapy of the Technological Educational Institute (ATEI) of Thessaloniki. Since 2014, when I founded Lotus Medic, my goal has been to help modern individuals find meaningful and effective health solutions through the science of conventional medicine as well as acupuncture.<\/p>\n

At our two specialized acupuncture clinics\u2014one located in Western Thessaloniki (Ilioupoli) and the other in the city center of Thessaloniki (Ladadika)\u2014my team and I offer personalized treatments designed to improve your health indicators in a natural way. Our interdisciplinary team consists of a physician, psychologist, nutritionist and nurse. Together, we assess your needs and select the therapeutic protocol that will benefit you the most, with the smallest possible chemical burden on your body.<\/p>\n

I address all of you who suffer from chronic inflammatory conditions, musculoskeletal pain, autoimmune diseases, chronic fatigue and psychosomatic exhaustion. Acupuncture can help reduce inflammation in the body, pain perception, metabolic disorders and mental overstrain by creating regulatory mechanisms within your neurohormonal system. I love acupuncture because it harnesses the power of self-healing to achieve these results, activating neurotransmitters and hormones produced by the body itself, without the need for medication\u2014or by supporting treatment with lower doses when necessary. At the same time, it strengthens the body\u2019s immune system, helping you become less prone to illness.<\/p>\n

In my clinics, I place special emphasis on women\u2019s health throughout all hormonal stages, from adolescence to menopause, with acupuncture facilitating a smooth and natural transition. Regarding the reproductive phase, we apply international acupuncture protocols in a dedicated clinic to support infertility acupuncture treatment, in women who are following assisted reproduction techniques (IVF, IUI), aiming to enhance the chances of conception as an adjunctive technique.
